Welcome to the Young Rider's Advancement Program for USEA Area II. YRAP is an educational program designed for riders under 21 years of age who are riding at the beginner novice to training level, or for those at the preliminary level who are preparing to move up to the Young Rider (NAYRC) program.

The United States Eventing Association (USEA) created the Young Rider Advancement Program (YRAP) in 2001 as a sub-program of the successful Young Riders program (YR). The national program description and mission statement can be found on the USEA web site by following the links above

Membership Information

Please read our YRAP membership invitation.

Before joining the Area II YRAP program, you need to be a member of the USEA. A link to the membership form is found under the USEA Forms section to the right.

YRAP Membership includes:

  • Invitations to YRAP clinics and camp and team competitions
  • Access to the Area II YRAP and YR email groups
  • A YRAP baseball cap

As the YRAP program continues to grow, additional activities may include course walks at Area II events, area awards, and additional educational activities.

To join Area II YRAP, complete the application form and send it to the address listed on the form.
